Not only are the build your own hampers easy to do, the range of items is lovely and it's really hard to make a final decision! The prepared hampers are great too and the personalised service and photos of the hamper sent before delivery are a wonderful touch. There's plenty to love - the beautiful range of products to choose from, thoughtful communication to check in with me when I accidentally ordered double of something, and the ease of the whole transaction! My friends love their care pack as new parents to be and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to make my own hamper for them. I can’t thank you enough for going over above and beyond with the gift hamper for my daughter . When I forgot to include a gift card you emailed me and asked if I wanted one!....that’s what I call customer service. Also your attention to detail in packing my hamper, it was packed with love . Thank you for sending me pictures of the hamper and for adding the express mailing and the cutter for the play dough. It’s clear to me you run a business that exceeds expectations , not only high quality products but also superior customer service .

I knew I was in good hands when a personalised email from Michelle popped up just hours after I ordered. She saw that the hamper was for friend of mine having a tough time and went out of her way to ensure it got sent off quickly and packed with plenty of love. When I emailed to let Michelle know that the tea had spilled in transit she immediately offered to send a replacement out. It wasn't necessary as my friend had salvaged almost all of it, but the offer was immediate and kind. What a beautiful store. Gorgeous eco products and a delightful owner. I can't wait to order more!

My recent hamper purchase could not have been improved. I live in NZ and needed a hamper delivered to a Melbourne address during Lockdown. No problem. I received personal service with several emails from Michelle, who assured me that she could deliver, and on the day that I needed it to be. (A Saturday). She also checked in with one of my selected items to ask if it was age-appropriate. I took her advice on this, and she changed the item free of charge plus sent me a refund for the extra amount I had paid. The gift was received with much excitement, and the feedback was all positive, (especially the Loving Earth - Buckinis - Chocolate Clusters!) The quality of each item was also commented on and welcomed. Thanks to Michelle and her team for making this such a positive experience. 5-star customer service, selection of available items and their quality. Sodding Covid, it was my daughter's 30th birthday, and I could not be there. Trawled the internet and goodness, what a lot of crap, then found one and they could not deliver. I know I am tricky; why would I want my daughter to use the chemicals in candles and sweets that might not support her health? And flowers are such a cliche. About to give up and found Everybody Loves Hampers. If only it had popped up sooner! However, against all the odds, a delicious hamper of healthy goodies was delivered to my delighted daughter. Not as good as having her mum there, but so glad she got it; she loved every bite, and it certainly cheered her up.
